Job Description
Responsible for leading technical solutioning that includes research, design, and execution. May coach or mentor other team members. Leads the collaboration of a diverse team of data scientists, data engineers and other business partners to research, design, build and refine data sciences solutions. Presents insights, results, and recommendations to external business partners and senior leadership teams. Assists in managing projects. Communicates project progress and challenges to external business partners and senior leadership team. Leads model peer reviews with other data science groups and business partners. Provides recommendations for enhancements. Coaches or mentor team members. Assists training sessions on statistical modeling and AI/ML techniques.
