Job Description
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful technical implementation of new clients—spanning everything from data integrations and file exchange workflows to billing setup, performance guarantee tracking and configuration of key operational systems. You will manage both inbound and outbound data flows and will play a hands-on role in configuring files, managing SFTP credentials, validating reporting pipelines and deploying production code to support new client onboarding.
This position is ideal for someone who is technically curious, highly organized and excited about working at the intersection of data, operations and product implementation. You’ll gain hands-on experience with healthcare data formats, SQL-based reporting logic, secure file infrastructure and collaborative workflows across analytics, engineering and client-facing teams. This is a seasonal 3 month opportunity, to start.
