Responsibilities:
- Create weekend Facebook content using the existing talent library, including long-form videos, podcast episodes, and still images.
- Edit short-form video clips, design image posts, and write original text that aligns with the company’s voice.
- Manage the publishing pipeline and analyze performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience creating and publishing content for brand or talent channels on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
- Proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.
- Availability during designated weekend coverage hours in Central Time.
Work Environment:
- This position may be performed remotely or from the Nashville office.
- Requires reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
