Senior Blockchain Engineer - Rust/Solana

Seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer to help create a Real-World Asset (RWA) protocol. Responsibilities include developing Solana programs using the Rust Anchor framework, writing unit and integration tests, conducting security audits, and optimizing programs. The role also involves working with SPL Tokens, Token 2022, and Metaplex Core for NFT and token integrations, developing client libraries for integrating with programs, collaborating with backend engineers and product teams, and monitoring on-chain activity. Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Rust development and 1+ years working with Solana Programs and the Anchor framework, as well as a strong understanding of Solana's runtime, transaction execution, and security best practices.
