Hardware Product Quality:
- Own and improve IQC and OQC processes across all product families.
- Manage RMA process end-to-end with root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Maintain quality metrics dashboards and report to Operations leadership.
Supplier Quality Management:
- Qualify new suppliers and ODM/CM partners, including audits and PPAP/APQP.
- Lead supplier non-conformance processes with 8D/CAPA responses.
- Work with procurement to drive quality improvement for critical components.
Certifications & Compliance:
- Manage regulatory certifications (CE, FCC, UL) and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Coordinate with NPI teams during certification phases and own maintenance post-MP.
- Serve as internal point of contact for RoHS, REACH, WEEE queries.
