As a Data Engineer in the Data Science team, you will join a collaborative and skilled team that drives automation of real business cases through data-driven and Machine Learning-based intelligence in a Scrum setup. Your work will have direct and measurable impact on forecasting both electricity prices and electricity consumption.
Your tasks and responsibilities include designing, maintaining, and monitoring real-time and batch data pipelines using Azure, Databricks, and Python; ingesting and processing external data feeds; collaborating with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to build and maintain feature pipelines; implementing data quality checks, validation, and lineage tracking; working with streaming technologies; and continuously improving data workflows.
