Mid Leve Java Developer

CI&T is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Mid Java Backend Developer to join our team in Brazil. As a Java Backend Developer, you will lead the design and development of a scalable cloud-based solution, employing Java, Spring Boot, and both SQL and NoSQL databases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations, all while being part of a team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and transformation. Key responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying software applications, maintaining application performance, creating new features, conducting testing, and mentoring junior developers. Required skills include K8S, Crunchy Data, Redpanda, Kafka, Java, Spring, JPA, JUnit, GCP, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
