Director of IT, Infrastructure Operations

The Director of IT, Infrastructure Operations is responsible for the strategic advancement as well as the daily management of a comprehensive information technology portfolio, including both customer-facing product services and back office solutions. This portfolio includes a cloud native client services platform in AWS, geographically diverse data center hosted solutions, and SaaS based back office services. This role requires a strategic focus on cloud native services in alignment with company goals to deliver high quality products and services to clients. Specific areas of responsibility include the following: cloud/data center infrastructure and application operations, management of internal service delivery teams, providing a robust infrastructure to support product development, managing network services, database administration, DevOps, and supporting all areas of the business.
