Job Description

Drive new business through a SaaS license model by strategically managing accounts, researching prospects, and executing field-based sales activities within a key Federal Government Customer. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives across all product lines, managing client relationships, and collaborating with Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success Resources, Partners, and Marketing to develop and implement effective account strategies. The role requires acting as a trusted advisor, leveraging a deep understanding of customers’ businesses to guide them on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmap, and identifying and involving the appropriate specialists or support resources at crucial stages of the sales process.
