Information Security Support Helpdesk Contractor

A client of 66degrees’ is seeking a consultant to engage on a 6 month remote contract with the potential to extend/convert. Interested candidates should have experience working independently as well as within a team environment. Responsibilities include interfacing with the technical and business user community to support incoming security requests and tickets, protecting the integrity and confidentiality of client data, assisting the Identity Access Management team, providing Level I Support for user password resets and MFA, and remediation efforts.
