Lead and Scale:

• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing PM team.
• Hire, onboard, and retain high performers, being a talent magnet.
• Continuously raise the bar through thoughtful hiring, coaching, and career pathing.

Partner on Strategy and Own Execution:

• Partner with the CPO to refine and evolve the product vision and multi-year strategy.
• Ensure each product team has clear outcomes, priorities, and success metrics.
• Lead the Execution of our AI-Powered GRC Strategy.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment:

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementations to ensure roadmap and GTM alignment.
• Identify and clean up cross-functional misalignment and points of organizational collision.
• Stay calm, direct, and constructive during escalations.
