ML Engineer

You would be working as part of our team, focused on designing and building systems that help our models provide better answers to customers’ use cases. This position is not only about searching with different retrieval algorithms. We are seeking someone to assist us in designing the capabilities that future autonomous agents will need to solve complex tasks.

To build the tools and search/retrieval systems that expand the knowledge base of our models through agentic behaviour.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing large-scale data ingestion pipelines, experimenting with retrieval algorithms and ensuring capabilities are part of the product and of the model training process. Furthermore, following the latest research on LLMs, search, RAG, agentic tools, and source code generation.
