Data Scientist

The Data Scientist reports directly to the Manager, Data Science and plays a critical role in influencing the SimpleTire operating strategy focused on better serving our customers each day. This individual will have a proven track record in leveraging analytical insights to influence strategic initiatives and delivering business-critical reporting to business leadership. Essential job functions include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for optimization using data-driven methods. You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, or recommendation systems) to address complex business problems. Monitor and model behavior and characteristics of business processes within the organization, and develop predictive models utilizing machine learning and statistical analysis methods. Perform exploratory data analyses, generate and test working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data, and identify patterns. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and effective data visualizations and presentations.
