Job Description
As Senior Multimedia Marketing Specialist, you’ll oversee the production and growth of our podcast and YouTube presence, while spearheading a cross-platform content strategy that drives engagement and audience acquisition. You’ll lead end-to-end media execution—from interviews to post-production to social promotion—and bring a strategic lens to every creative decision. You will coordinate and manage podcast production and design and execute a video-first strategy to grow YouTube reach, retention, and subscriber count. The candidate will lead content repurposing across platforms optimizing for format and audience.
