Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and advance a strategic sales pipeline to drive net new revenue.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales quotas and pipeline development.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and finalist meetings.

Essential Education and Experience:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in consultative sales.
  • 5+ years experience in employee benefits space with strong broker and consultant relationships.
  • Ability to articulate clinical, operational, and financial value propositions.

Working Environment:

  • Work in normal office conditions with no physical discomfort.
  • Verbal and written communication, telephone usage, filing, sitting, typing, driving, reading required.
