Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and advance a strategic sales pipeline to drive net new revenue.
- Meet and exceed annual sales quotas and pipeline development.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and finalist meetings.
Essential Education and Experience:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in consultative sales.
- 5+ years experience in employee benefits space with strong broker and consultant relationships.
- Ability to articulate clinical, operational, and financial value propositions.
Working Environment:
- Work in normal office conditions with no physical discomfort.
- Verbal and written communication, telephone usage, filing, sitting, typing, driving, reading required.
