Figma is seeking an attorney to lead the Figma for Government business, as the first attorney dedicated to the Figma for Government vertical for US Public Sector procurement. This individual will be a strategic partner to the Federal Sales team and FedRAMP compliance team as Figma grows its government business, working in a fast-paced environment with opportunity to build for scale and make an impact. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sales contracts with US government entities, maintaining sales contract templates, building gov-related sales processes, driving FAR compliance initiatives, and advising on FedRAMP compliance and Figma for Education initiatives.
