Delivery Responsibilities:
- Own the project lifecycle from kickoff through closeout, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and transition to operations.
- Review and internalize each project's SOW, proactively managing scope changes, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, resource assignments, and risk/issue logs.
Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ongoing Continuous Monitoring activities for customers, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate evidence collection, artifact updates, vulnerability review cycles, and POA&M maintenance across teams.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact for ConMon activities, including status updates, reporting, and audit preparation.
General Delivery Responsibilities:
- Track, manage, and resolve customer tasks using GitLab as the primary delivery platform.
- Manage multiple customers and internal team members simultaneously, maintaining delivery quality and velocity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining delivery processes, templates, and best practices.
