- They prefer a single obsessed owner over an agency.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:
- Own the entire AI UGC pipeline: hooks, scripts, avatar/voice generation, editing, captions, publishing.
- Ship dozens of ad variants weekly and run rapid creative testing loops.
- Stay current with AI tools (Arcads, Veo, HeyGen, etc.) and navigate TikTok policy.
WHO WE THINK YOU ARE:
- You already build AI UGC pipelines in your free time and think in metrics, not aesthetics.
- You are a tool omnivore, constantly rebuilding your stack as better tools ship.
- You move without permission and have a bias for action over polish.
