Job Description

Campaign Management:

  • Increase website traffic, convert new supporters, and generate revenue for purpose-driven clients.
  • Work in Google and Microsoft platforms to hit and surpass client pacing metrics and goals.
  • Execute client deliverables and complete tasks on time.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Build strategy with Account Managers, write ad copy, create strong ads, build campaigns, optimize, and provide reporting.
  • Support Account Managers with reporting, meeting prep, roadmaps, KPIs, and data sets.
  • Solve problems permanently for the Community Boost team using a systems mindset.

Technical Skills:

  • Paid search ads experience in Google and Microsoft, including Performance Max (PMAX).
  • Experience with report-building/storytelling results for clients.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
