Research Assistant (PT)- In Tandem

Seeking an experienced Research Assistant/Coordinator with a demonstrated interest in resilience research and adolescent psychology. The RA will report to a current Researcher-in-Residence to (a) support project logistics and (b) conduct a series of focused literature reviews that help to triangulate new youth voice insights about generative AI and social media with existing research (e.g., from resilience, adolescent development, media research, and positive psychology). This is a part-time, remote role. The position is approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility to adjust project hours slightly to accommodate the right candidate. Initial appointment is for 12 months with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities: Conduct focused literature reviews and prepare annotated bibliographies, synthesizing findings from both qualitative and quantitative research; Manage research documentation; coordinate and support data collection processes for interviews and focus groups; Provide IRB support as needed; Provide qualitative research support, including support with transcript review, content analysis, and memo writing
