Your Responsibilities:
- Manage changes to existing client accounts in areas like annual nexus reviews and permit applications.
- Communicate effectively and move projects through the workflow in a timely manner.
- Support existing clients and their Sale Tax Accountants with issues related to tax collection settings and new platforms.
Specific Measures of Success:
- Manage 70 existing clients and finalize 2-4 nexus reviews per month.
- Complete 3 hours per quarter in work-related education or training.
- Achieve at least an 80% completion rate for quarterly rocks.
