The OTC Sales Trader Business Development role involves originating new deals, ambitiously pursuing new accounts, and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. Executing and managing OTC trading orders, and providing market insights and tailored trading strategies are crucial aspects. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams for seamless trade execution and developing strategies to attract new clients. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is an essential responsibility. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales/trading experience, preferably in the payment or financial services industry, and a strong client network for on/off ramp service and/or block trading activities.
