Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle construction of manufacturing facilities from site feasibility through commissioning and turnover.
• Oversee build-outs for commercial kitchens, labs, packaging lines, storage, and ensure compliance with health, OSHA, and cannabis regulations.
• Manage integration of critical systems like process utilities, high-capacity electrical infrastructure, and specialized HVAC controls.

Project Execution:

• Direct all phases of construction management including feasibility, budget development, scheduling, and design coordination.
• Develop resource-loaded critical path schedules and manage capital budgets and cashflow projections.
• Track project performance across cost, schedule, scope, and quality metrics while mitigating operational and regulatory risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred, with 5+ years of project management experience.
• Preferred experience with Controlled Environmental Agriculture, greenhouse facilities, and high-capacity mechanical/electrical systems.
• Must be proficient in construction software like Primavera P6, Procore, and advanced Microsoft Project/Excel.
