Data Analyst – Healthcare and Corporate

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Healthcare Business Operations team. This role will focus on creating dashboards across multiple teams (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Product) and delivering insights that enable leaders to make data-driven decisions. The analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and translating business needs into actionable reporting. The Data Analyst will gather and analyze data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, support, product usage, and financial systems). They will partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboard requirements. They will also document dashboard processes, data sources, and business rules for long-term maintainability.
