Job Description
This role stewards the insight development critical to Bob’s growth strategy, combining deep understanding of consumers and competitors with strong go-to-market acumen to challenge, improve, and facilitate the prioritization of our growth agenda. The Director, Growth Strategy & Insights will be our go-to expert on consumer behaviors and preferences (across physical and digital channels) and a trusted advisor on key strategic choices that leverage those insights. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), this leader will be a core member of a management team that collectively oversees the Marketing and Ecommerce functions of the company, while also collaborating closely with the Retail organization and other cross-functional partners. The ‘insights engine’ has three key elements: (1) growth investment prioritization inputs; (2) brand, marketing, and media analytics; (3) web/e-commerce analytics.
