Developer Relations:
- Own Runpod's developer relations strategy, defining programs and content.
- Create technical content like tutorials, guides, and sample applications.
- Represent Runpod at AI/ML conferences and engage in the open-source AI ecosystem.
Community Management:
- Own community strategy across Discord, Reddit, and GitHub discussions.
- Build community programs that drive engagement, retention, and advocacy.
- Plan community events including AMAs, showcases, hackathons, and virtual meetups.
Collaboration:
- Track DevRel and community impact metrics, reporting on content engagement and community health.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to close the feedback loop between developers and Runpod.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value community members and open-source contributors.
