Operations Analyst - Machine Learning

Assure the reliability of our product and translating customer requirements into viable solutions. This means you will: Onboard new clients to the Chattermill platform by analysing large, unstructured data sets and creating robust data taxonomies that form the foundation for our machine learning models. Provide client support by troubleshooting issues that arise in model performance (such as data shifts) that may require alterations to data taxonomies or models. Develop and share best practices for working with data and improving data quality across the organisation. Optimise and implement solutions that help streamline internal processes and drive scalability. Contribute to research and development in collaboration with our Data Science and Product Teams.
