What You'll Do:
- Design performance-driven static and short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid social channels.
- Create UGC-style, testimonial, product-focused, motion, and AI-generated ad creatives.
- Use motion, typography, subtitles, and animation to improve performance.
Who We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of design experience with proven paid social performance creative for DTC/B2C brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real performance marketing work, not branding or organic social.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI image/video tools.
