Job Description
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) youโll represent the Clear Capital brand - the company, its products, people and culture - to develop, manage and close new business with existing and prospective customers. In a remote role, using phone, email, social media and online meetings youโll develop business relationships with prospects that increase revenues for the company and ensure our customers are always receiving excellent value, great customer service and the product quality that Clear Capital has become known for in the real-estate industry.
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the sales team to develop outreach strategies to targeted accounts. You will act as the first point of contact for prospects and represent Clear Capitalโs brand. By taking a consultative approach you will uncover and qualify prospective customerโs business needs and priorities.
