Senior Software Engineer (UX)

Accountabilities:

• Lead research, design, and usability testing to inform UX decisions.
• Conduct UX interviews, surveys, and prototype reviews to gather actionable insights.
• Develop personas, user flows, scenarios, user stories, and other tools to translate complex data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; 12+ years of professional experience, or 10 years with a related Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of UX/UI architecture, design, and delivery experience, with strong documentation skills.
• 3+ years designing and deploying dashboards using the Elastic Stack.
