Job Description
The Grower Engagement Manager leads efforts in helping Texas growers optimize agronomic decision-making through data and technology and ensures growers across Arable’s projects fully understand and utilize the technology to make informed decisions—particularly around irrigation management and water use efficiency. This customer-facing role involves guiding, training, and supporting growers to improve both profitability and sustainability on their operations, and serving as a trusted partner to growers as they integrate Arable’s tools into their farm management systems.
The manager supports and trains growers on Arable’s field intelligence tools and software, serves as the local expert in irrigation management, soil-water-plant relationships, and agronomic best practices, and customizes technology solutions to fit each grower’s operation, crop type, and goals. They also build relationships with growers, crop consultants, and irrigation specialists and stay current on regional practices and emerging trends in Texas agriculture.
