Healthcare Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst, you will work with clients and service delivery teams to design, build, and configure healthcare performance tools and software applications. This includes working with clients to understand requirements, translate client needs, and effectively organize and execute the implementation effort to ensure on-time delivery. Our clients include hospitals and health systems, collaborative quality initiatives, and professional societies across various health specialties. Primary Responsibilities include assisting clients in the design, implementation, and support of their web applications. One will build, configure and update user interfaces to meet client-specific needs. They will gather and document client business requirements/technical specifications. This role requires working cross functionally with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Report Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Integration Engineers, and Developers. The analyst will test solutions for quality assurance and validate client requirements and manage Salesforce cases from assignment through execution, testing and internal/external communication while providing technical support across multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
