What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales, recruiting, account management, consulting, and operational excellence across the practice.
• Lead on Databricks projects and act as a Databricks SME, supporting business development efforts.
• Manage project risk including planning, budgeting, deliverables, and executive-level alignment.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture with 6+ years hands-on with Databricks.
• Mastery of Big Data Platforms, Cloud Data Warehouses, and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Expertise in NoSQL Databases, Container Management Systems, and AI/ML tools.
