We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Designer and 3D Visualizer to join our design pod in the Philippines, where you will report to the Project Manager and Creative Director. As a senior technical designer, you will transform bold concepts into impeccably detailed construction documentation and photorealistic renderings, ensuring adherence to elevated standards and accelerated timelines.
Your responsibilities include producing full drawing sets in Revit/AutoCAD, building high-fidelity models and generating photorealistic visuals, and offering technical insight on various design elements, while maintaining quality assurance and documentation control.
