Workday Certified Financial Consultant, Accounting Center

Key Functional Expectations:

• Provide expertise in the Workday Financials product suite, with an emphasis on Accounting Center.
• Lead or assist in gathering business requirements, configuring, prototyping, testing, and knowledge transfer.
• Support deployment of Workday Accounting Center Integrations and convert legacy data securely.

Key Team Expectations:

• Foster proactive communication, escalation, and responsiveness on team projects.
• Mentor, train, and develop new and experienced consultants.
• Instruct peers on product best practices and resolve complex tasks with algorithmic thinking.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Hold current Workday Financials Certification in Accounting Center.
• 4+ years implementing Workday Accounting Center and previous consulting experience.
• Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar applications and strong project management skills.
