About the Role:
- Provide small-group math tutoring for 3rd-5th grade students.
- Work remotely with a flexible schedule.
- Deliver structured, research-based curriculum.
Compensation:
- Earn $18 per hour for tutoring sessions and $15 per hour for lesson preparation.
- Compensation includes training and ongoing professional development.
- Paid via W2 through a third-party staffing agency.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent English speaker and comfortable with technology.
- Available 90 minutes a day, 3 days a week between 8am-4pm ET.
What to Expect:
- Background checks and fingerprinting required.
- Must supply own laptop with webcam and microphone.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.
