Crisis Support Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the daily operations of Mantra’s ConnectNow service, which is an on-demand, real-time support line specifically designed for college students. In this role, you will have the important task of overseeing a dedicated team of behavioral health providers. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality, effectively managing staffing and performance, and providing invaluable consultation on ConnectNow video and phone interactions. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also directly contribute to student well-being by delivering direct care. This involves swiftly assessing complex behavioral health needs, coordinating appropriate crisis interventions, and collaborating with campus staff, community responders, EMS, or law enforcement to ensure student safety.
