Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content from raw footage through final delivery, maintaining high creative and technical standards.
• Collaborate with producers and creative teams to develop strong story structures, pacing, emotional impact, and visual flow.
• Select the most effective footage, interviews, soundbites, music, and visual elements to strengthen each story.

Requirements:

• Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form digital video content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional video editing software.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, video formats, audience retention strategies, and content optimization.
