The Associate Creative Director, Copy (ACD, Copy) works with teams of art directors, copywriters, and strategists to conceive and execute a variety of communication projects through a wide range of media. The Associate Creative Director is responsible for ensuring that design, copy and UX are greater than the sum of their parts and ladder up to strategic insights on all projects that they lead.
Deliver breakthrough creative work, while influencing your peers. Lead projects from conception to completion, understand strategic and financial goals for clients, and master the clinical data and competitive landscape associated with your brands/account. Actively participate in staffing and evaluating the scope of work. Champion creativity by frequently sharing inspiring work, develop and/or strengthen client relationships, and share the spotlight so that junior creatives can shine.
Manage delegation and workflow on multiple projects/brands. Empower others to reach their full potential. Manage multiple teams and multiple work streams efficiently, effectively, and profitably. Communicate actively with project teams to keep deliverables on track and on schedule.
