Job Description
As Lead Product Data Analyst at Splitero, you will be the most senior dedicated data hire, joining our Product & Engineering team to establish the foundation for data-informed decision-making across the company. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role. You’ll own the analytics stack, define metrics and standards, and deliver insights that shape both homeowner experience and internal team performance. You’ll partner directly with product managers, engineers, and operations leaders to identify opportunities, design reporting solutions, and translate raw data into actionable strategies.
Your work will span marketing, sales, operations, and product usage data, giving leadership a clear lens into funnel performance, homeowner behavior, and team efficiency. You’ll be responsible for designing and scaling Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, dataflows, and reporting to power day-to-day decisions and long-term roadmap planning. Beyond Salesforce, you’ll leverage product analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to create a unified view of homeowner journeys. You’ll define how data is structured, presented, and used across Splitero, building not just dashboards—but the culture of metrics-driven decision-making that the company will scale on.
