Job Description
Lead Seed's Content discipline to publish standard-setting content to increase awareness, reach, engagement, retention, and new member adoption. Conceptualize, develop, and ensure progress against the annual Content Roadmap for the company, determining strategic objectives, initiatives, and projects for the Content team. Oversee editorial content strategy, including development, execution, and evolution of key concepts and storylines across all editorial channels (social, email, web, etc.). Define and lead contentβs role across the entire Seed brand ecosystem β Social, Web, LCM, Internal, Paid, Earned, Member Communications. Partner deeply with Copy, Design, PMM, Science, and Integrated Marketing β to tell one cohesive Seed story across all touchpoints and campaigns.
Innovate in content formats and approaches β integrating emerging trends and technologies, including AI. Hands-on writing, proofreading, and editing to generate deliverables like white papers, zines, web content, email copy, long-form content, etc. Invent innovative strategies to engage community fostering brand advocacy and leveraging culturally relevant opportunities. Apply audience research, data, and cultural trends through the Seed lens to develop and iterate with new technologies, creative approaches, and partners.
