Senior Art Producer

Demiurge Studios is seeking an experienced senior producer to shepherd world building and art production on our newest project, an open world action RPG, targeting PC and console platforms. The team is currently in pre-production, so this is a great time to join and make a big splash! You will be working closely with the Art Director and Lead Producer, ensuring that pipelines are laid, plans are clear, and the team is set up for success. You will also serve as the primary producer focused on external development, building strong relationships and keeping all teams aligned and on target. In this role, you will proactively work to identify and remove any obstacles to your team’s success. Producers at Demiurge are accountable for project execution, including project planning, risk management, and maintaining alignment across teams.
