Process Innovation & Organizational Development:

Design and optimize data processing workflows and establish best practices.
Partner with leadership to build operational capabilities, mentor technical talent, and establish scalable frameworks.

Advanced Data Processing & Problem Solving:

Execute complex data tabulation, cross-tab analysis, weighting applications, and custom table creation.
Serve as go-to expert for resolving technical challenges and troubleshooting data issues.
Create and implement automated solutions using VBA, Visual Studio, and other programming tools.
