KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Champion the development of bold ideas to drive growth and deliver against the business and brand strategies.
  • Manage multiple innovations across segments and associated projects along with business case build and innovation tracking.
  • Partner closely with CMI, creative, product, sales, legal/regulatory and other cross functional teams to craft best in class new innovations and innovation strategies.

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience leading projects through stage gates from inception to launch to deliver winning innovation.
  • Provide clear direction and partnership to multiple cross-functional efforts, ensuring that complex issues, priorities and requirements are considered and integrated in decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with syndicated and shopper data such as IRI Unify, Target POL, etc.
