Data Engineering Lead

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers through clear priorities, project planning, code reviews, and coaching.
• Own the platform strategy across Azure and Microsoft Fabric, creating a roadmap to consolidate or retire redundant components.
• Build and mature Oxford's Microsoft Fabric platform, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory pipelines, and OneLake.

What You Bring:

• Five or more years of data engineering experience, including at least two years leading engineers formally or as a technical lead.
• Strong hands-on experience using Microsoft Fabric in production, plus working knowledge of Azure data services.
• Advanced T-SQL skills, proficiency in Python, and experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code.

• Annual base salary range of $120,000–$150,000, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus of 10% of base salary.
