Java Senior Developer Backend

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to work in the largest life insurance company on the planet! This is a position to join the team responsible for the business and broker journey, with the mission of technically leading a development squad for a new digital product. You will be part of a multidisciplinary product Squad (various profiles) and mixed team composed of people from CI&T and the client. You will participate in Squad rituals such as planning, daily, demo and retro, as well as 1:1s with leaders. You will be responsible for: Developing and testing features, APIs, and integrations of the new product; Perform code review; Implement bug fixes; Manage code and its versions; Guide the team on technical aspects; Support technical refinements and solution design.
