Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT) is recruiting an IT workforce that has both breadth in their ability to collaborate and innovate across disciplines – and depth in specific areas of expertise, and is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will support the marketing and communication needs of a variety of departments and offices as they communicate with their students, faculty, and other internal and external constituents. This includes creating and maintaining data extensions to define constituent lists, creating and managing email templates, assisting with sends, conducting trainings and producing documentation, and managing data integrity and compliance. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will join a growing CRM Services team that supports a variety of different Salesforce needs, offering numerous possibilities for professional development.
