Analytics Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain dbt models through bronze, silver, and gold layers, owning ingestion with Fivetran and handling schema drift.
• Define the semantic layer and tune synonyms and descriptions so metrics mean the same thing across dashboards and AI agents.
• Power self-service in ThoughtSpot and maintain a golden question set as regression tests for conversational analytics.

What We Look For:

• 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI development with strong SQL and production dbt models.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, ELT tools like Fivetran, and dimensional modeling.
• You test and document your work as a habit, use AI agents for real multi-step work, and explain your work clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
