In this role you’ll collaborate with management and team members to deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and data analytics that drive decision-making and innovation. What you’ll do: Design, develop, and support customized reports, dashboards, and data analytics. Provide exceptional customer support, training, and consulting on product usage. Lead both on-site and virtual training sessions for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot reporting issues. Continuously learn and grow your expertise in BI tools and data systems.
