Operations Associate (Order Processing & Fulfillment)

Order Lifecycle & Execution:

• Take total ownership of the order journey, including procurement, payment verification, vendor communication, and dispatch tracking.
• Maintain rigorous documentation with real-time, time-stamped notes and mandatory proof uploads like receipts and screenshots.
• Verify critical data such as SKUs, pricing, and shipping to eliminate gaps before final completion.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks across teams, driving issues to resolution rather than passing them along.
• Collaborate with finance on payment discrepancies and customer support on delivery delays, and report system issues to engineering with full context.
• Provide clear, structured shift handovers including a log of active escalations and pending cases.

Quality & Compliance:

• Hold yourself to a high standard of accuracy across payment verification and vendor confirmations.
• Continuously improve your knowledge of evolving processes and take feedback seriously to eliminate repeat errors.
